Mid January, 2001 It wasn't a good time back then. He almost died ...
The woman he thought he was going to pledge the rest of his life to was now gone ... And on top of that, he had lost his vision. That's when e found himself on his knees begging God for an answer ... any kind of answer.
That answer was four notes ringing through his brain over and over. All he could get out through the tears was: "Thank You, but I don't understand - I don't do this anymore." What followed over the next couple of days was pretty wild; Voices from the past started coming out of the woodwork.
A few phone conversations later ... A dare. "I bet you can't pull it off cold in a month, and I'll give you from the beginning to the end of February to do it, free of charge."
February 1, 2001 He had a mad scientist's lab of a studio, complete with instruments, cables, candles and himself (with the same four notes going over and over in his head).
That's when he decided to give God the Executive Producer's chair ... and that's when God gave him his name.
